Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using ArbLens ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ArbLens.

Description of the Service

ArbLens is a read-only treasury and position-tracking tool for cryptocurrency traders. It connects to exchange accounts via API keys you provide, fetches balance, position, and transaction data, and presents that data in a unified dashboard. ArbLens does not execute trades, withdraw funds, or manage assets on your behalf.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

API keys and exchange access

You are responsible for creating API keys with read-only permissions and for not granting trade, withdrawal, or transfer scope to any key you connect to ArbLens. ArbLens will refuse connections where withdrawal or trade scope is detected, but the verification is best-effort and is not a substitute for your own review of the key permissions you create.

You are solely responsible for the security of keys you generate and for any actions taken by parties who obtain those keys. Revoke any key at any time by deleting it from your exchange account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
• Use the Service to facilitate market manipulation or any activity prohibited by applicable law.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

Data accuracy

ArbLens displays data retrieved from third-party exchange APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data. Balances, positions, and P&L figures shown are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions. Discrepancies between ArbLens and exchange-native interfaces should be resolved by consulting the exchange directly.

No financial advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. ArbLens is a data aggregation tool. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make.

Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, exchange API outages, or events outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from unavailability.

Fees and beta access

The Service is currently available free of charge during the beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans with reasonable notice. Continued use after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Intellectual property

ArbLens and its content, design, and software are owned by ArbLens and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArbLens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or exchange API failures. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if no fees were paid.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArbLens is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or the courts of that jurisdiction, as applicable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
