Connect KuCoin to ArbLens
Monitor balances, positions, and transaction history securely using Read-Only API access.
Open API Management
Log in to your KuCoin account.
Go to API Management and click Create API.
Select API-Based Trading.
Create an API Key
Enter an API Name. We recommend: ArbLens
Create an API Passphrase.
Your API Passphrase is created by you and is required when connecting to ArbLens. Save it securely.
Configure API Restrictions
Under API Restrictions, enable: General, Spot Trading, Margin Trading, KuCoin Earn, Futures Trading, Unified Account.
Keep Withdrawal disabled.
Keep Allow Flexible Transfers disabled.
Under IP Restrictions, select Unrestricted.
Click Next.
The General permission provides read-only access. Other product permissions are required for ArbLens to read data from Spot, Margin, Futures, Earn, and Unified Account.
Complete Security Verification
Enter your Trading Password, Email Verification Code, and Google Authenticator Code.
Click Confirm.
Copy Your API Credentials
KuCoin will display your API credentials.
Copy the Key, Secret, and API Passphrase.
The API Secret is displayed only once. Save all three credentials before closing this window.
Connect KuCoin to ArbLens
In ArbLens, click Add CEX Account.
Select KuCoin, enter your Label, API Key, API Secret, and API Passphrase, then click Save Account.
If the credentials and permissions are correct, you will see ✓ Connection OK.
ArbLens uses your API credentials exclusively to retrieve account information. With Read-Only permissions, ArbLens cannot:
- Execute trades
- Place or cancel orders
- Withdraw funds
- Transfer assets
Your assets always remain under your control.
